Oh hey, $17 for a made in USA beanie hat? That’s cool. Almost as cool as going down to your local army navy store and getting a 100% wool made in USA watch cap for $8.
But I guess there’s really nothing cooler than paying twice what you had to for something.

Huckberry is not going for the value buyer, they’re going for the crowd who wishes to have something slightly different, or a step above the other guy. I have bought things on there, when they had a promo when they first launched. Since then, notsomuch.

But the military doesn’t fall in line with my ethical/political/dietary beliefs like I’m sure huckleberry does. How do I know that military hat hasn’t been tested on animals or something.

Oh no doubt. But they’re selling that on price and that it’s made in America, so hey, army navy store.

Also what the fuck, a cotton hat... from Oregon? Let me know how that works once it gets wet :/

Stupid is as stupid does I guess. At least the hipsters will look “cool” wearing their useless beanies indoors.

I blame this weird lumberjack fad popular among older millennials right now. They like to look like they work for a living, but my god, have some of the softest/ most scar free hands I’ve ever shaken.
(I am unfortunately also an older millennial #notallmillennials #notmygeneration)

I was a Navy man myself but I can’t say that I liked the watch caps for anything other than keeping my head warm while in uniform. They were pretty itchy and a little small for my huge melon.

I don’t think the ones I bought are actual surplus, but I find them comfortable. My head is a 7 3/4, too...big ass dome here.

But those watchcaps are made by prisoners. I don’t think those are the American jobs people try to support.

These ones weren’t actual surplus, but still a good point.
